About Us

Empowering the next generation of innovators and creators through education.

Our Mission

The Pathways Scholarship was established to foster creative thinkers and innovators who positively impact their communities.

We believe that every student has the potential to make meaningful contributions to society, whether through scientific discovery, technological innovation, or creative expression. Our scholarship program is designed to identify and support those students who demonstrate not only academic excellence but also a genuine commitment to service and leadership.

By providing financial support to Westover High School seniors pursuing higher education, we aim to remove barriers and encourage students to pursue their passions while making a positive difference in the world around them.

Why We Exist

Our purpose is rooted in the belief that supporting young innovators creates lasting community impact.

Academic Excellence

We recognize students who have demonstrated dedication to their studies and maintained strong academic performance.

Service Commitment

Community service isn't just a requirement—it's a reflection of character and values we seek in our recipients.

Leadership Potential

We invest in students who show the initiative to lead, inspire others, and drive positive change.

What We Look For

Beyond grades and test scores, we value the complete picture of who you are and what you bring to your community.

Direction

We seek students with clear ambitions and a purposeful path. You don't need to have everything figured out, but you should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of your future and genuine passion for your chosen field.

Initiative

Proactive leadership matters. Whether you've started a club, organized community events, or pursued independent projects, we value students who take action without waiting to be asked.

Community Involvement

Service and leadership within your community demonstrate character. We want to support students who understand the importance of giving back and who actively work to lift others up.
